My amazing friend turned 19 on July 6th so this post is dedicated to our friendship and the woman she is becoming. Chloe and I started being friends in September of 2024 but I don’t remember a time that I didn’t have her in my life. Our connection was instant and it felt like divine intervention because we both found each other when we needed each other. When Chloe and I met we were very opposite in aesthetic. I really never thought we would be friends. She and I came from two different worlds and it was God’s plan that we met. We were working together and just randomly clicked. It was very natural and never forced. Watching Chloe go from being the 17 year old I would go to sonic after work with to the 19 year old about to graduate cosmetology school has been a blessing. I don’t think she has ever known how I see her. When I first met Chloe I think she was very influenced by what other people thought about her. She is a loving person who has a heart with many doors that do not deserve to be reopened but she continues to forgive and show her love over and over. Sometimes I wish I could travel into her heart and put locks and chains on it so that only the people that try to find a key can open it. I wish that I could stop people from hurting her repeatedly because they know she is a forgiving person, but she doesn’t need me to. She doesn’t need me to make her decisions because at the end of the day it is what makes Chloe, Chloe. She has become a dedicated, strong, hardworking woman these past two years. She is firm in herself but still continues to care and love people that have hurt her. She is like a warm home cooked meal on a dining room table with a perfectly pink polka dot  table cloth and chair for you whenever you need it. There have been many times where she is tired from work or school but she knows that I have had a bad day so she invites me over even if it is just to sleep for the night. No matter what has happened to her she has never become a bad friend, person, or daughter. She carries that perseverance and kindness into everyday life. Now, Chloe I know you are reading this so this is from me to you. Dear Chloe Bell, I know sometimes days are long and hard. I know sometimes it is hard to imagine how life will ever be stable and hard times will pass. Never, ever forget the things you have overcome . The goals you have achieved. The person you have become. When I am not around you for even 2 days I start to miss you. I miss the bickering and little fights like we are sisters. I miss going on spontaneous drives and dinners. I miss just laying around watching tv and being near you. I feel this way because you are a person worthy of being missed. Your personality, humor, pickiness, laugh, advice, everything about you deserves to be loved and missed if lost. I love you so so so much and am so proud of you. I am so happy and honored to watch you turn 19 and go through this year with you. Happy birfyay Chlocute and I hope this year is filled with career growth, happiness, buccees trips, chicken tenders, sweet grace, hair appointments, and love from the people that see you and cherish you.
